After a crummy, freezing day, rainy drive home and perimenopause symptoms bringing me down, I hesitated doing this class, tbh because of its length. I am so glad I jumped in! Tracy, you always gift us w/beautiful classes. Much appreciated. I feel so much better - and my crow even took a good flight! :) (Even though I toppled over a bit, it was fabulous!)
