A helpful little reminder of how to keep our shoulders strong and safe. Very useful! Since regularly practicing yoga through this site I notice I have much less frequent neck and shoulder tension/pain. Thank you again DYWM team!!

Felt amazing to release the tension in my hands, wrist, and fingers. I work on computer all day and while I knew that my wrists, neck/shoulders held tension I didn't realize that my fingers were in such need of release. I also really felt the chi moving in the last movement. Loved it! Thanks David.

I'm usually partial to female yoga teachers, but I was looking for a shorter morning class, so I gave this a try. It was perfect! Sorry I almost overlooked you, Ron. Now I'm going to search for more classes by this awesome teacher!
