Yes, the intent behind this challenge is to make it accessible to everyone who may be living busy lives, while building a class progression that has some physical breaks (with easier classes) and builds toward more challenging classes over time.

nice short bit of movement...i can see that doing this would be a better alternative in the middle of my work day than going to the refrigerator for an unnecessary snack. however, i'm not sure i found it consistent with an intermediate challenge program. or maybe that's the whole point of this "resilience" program...to find ways to bring resilience into the day, not necessarily to provide a strong challenge?

I usually LOVE Rachel's classes, and her instruction is excellent. In this class, however, I found the pace a little too rapid-fire, and the instructions were not a clear as they could be. This is especially important with twists, since you can't always look to the screen. Full disclosure: I also found the leap to the last balancing posture difficult.

Great refresher on details of pose and breath. Can't be anything but happy when I see Crista's wonderful smile!

I have enjoyed this as a break in my day several times already. The class puts me in my body and is the perfect interruption to desk work or a busy brain. Thank you!
