I didn't really feel it in my hips and it was less than 10 minutes of "active" yoga, but I can see using this mid-day to re-center during work. It just wasn't really much of a flow for my morning.

this class was quite difficult for me but much needed as I have a history of lower back pain and I know increasing my core strength is a part of the solution. Thank you for your clear explanations.

I have revisited this class from time to time as I have an old rotator cuff injury - taking it gently its a great practice for reminding your body to engage well in all ranges of motion with your shoulder joints. Yoga has been such a great practice for overcoming injury for me, thanks Fiji for this contribution!
