Just wonderful. Such a gentle yet effective opening of the whole body. I appreciate DYWM’s inclusion of restorative yoga practices. I didn’t understand it until I experienced it on this site and I’m so grateful.

This was an interesting and unique flow! I was apprehensive at first because it has been awhile since I attempted an advanced class, but Crista builds the poses beautifully making this class accessible even if you aren't quite to the full expression of certain poses! I always enjoy the incorporation of mantras in classes, as well!

Lovely class! I like to practice this way - with time to settle into postures & explore how my body feels today. I appreciated the work on the muscles of the back. I’d love to see more videos from Sarah. Thank you!

This class is perfect for a weekend morning - not too strenuous, but challenging. Mindfulness front and center. Thanks Fiji - such a perfect yoga class.

Well, that broke the ice for me. I have now attempted an Advance level class. Not all perfect, but not as scary as I expected. Crista makes it all seem possible.

I will definitely try this class again. It was just a bad morning for me but I think, on another day, I would really enjoy this class. Crista is so upbeat and easy to follow.

Amazing! I’ve started pampering my feet every night before bed now. I especially love lacing my fingers through my toes. It was hard at first but already getting easier and it feels so good.
