This short video is a salvation to me as a migraine sufferer. It stretches the muscles that lock in my neck after a stressful day or in the morning to prepare for an eventful day. Thank you David for this excellent video. I've been using it for years.

Refreshing practice, I can see how doing this as a mid-day break would be perfect. Not a lot of strength or stretch required, just enough to feel like things are circulating again. What was the animal that wandered across at the end?

I feel great after doing this practice. I was tired and a bit daunted at the thought of doing backbends before I started but Crista gave good instruction as to modifications. Thank you!

Good sequence for midday break. Needed just a little more to work out the stiffness from the weekend but this was a good way to work into another class focused on stretching. Namaste
