"Really enjoyed Shivani's teaching style - easy to follow and detailed. The class itself was a nice mix of beginner and graduated to intermediate for new challenges with options. I've bookmarked this one as a keeper. "

"I really enjoyed this class. As someone who does hold quite a bit of stress and grief in my chest, this was exactly what I needed to start off my day in the right way. Thank you, Nicky, for sharing your beautiful class with us. "

"Great class. I will try to do it on a regular basis, twice a week and hopefully it will help me with my headstand. Thank you Fiji. "

"This was exactly what I needed. After taking a looong break from yoga, I am still in good shape but lost much of my flexibility. I found the shoulder stretches particularly relieving. I feel like I just got a massage. So glad I found this site "

"Hi, there. That's a great question. When you are moving from Chaturanga to upward dog, you want to push your toes into the floor, which shifts your body forward and gives you the energy and momentum to lift the body into the backbend. So, in other words, push your body forward using your toes, then as you move into upward dog, allow the toes to 'roll' onto the toe nails. It's important her to control the movement with your toes though. As you transition, keep pressing the toes into the floor until the nails touch. From upward facing dog to plank and downward facing dog, you want to press the toe nails into the floor to lift the heels, enabling you to safely tuck the toes once again for plank pose. Essentially, keep the toes active. Let me know if you have any more questions. Take care, David DoYogaWithMe.com Founder Ps. Apologies for the late reply! "

"Awesome morning routine for my RA and morning stiffness. Helped relax and stretch me out enough for me to push back my meds a few more hours. Maybe with more practice, I'll be off these nasty pills. "
