Thank you for an energising session. I checked my heart rate during the flow and I was just below 70% of my maximum heart rate which is a high moderate level of aerobic exercise. Happy days! If I work harder it will increase which means i would be getting even more heart benefit. Lovely!

It does say it is for intermediate practicers. I have been doing yoga for 5 years, and I thought the warm up was too slow meaning I did not think it was not even intermediate. So might be best to look at the label. You should try beginner's yoga.
Also the description says "inversions" that usually means shoulder stand, head stand, and potentially harder inversions. Hopefully that helps you navigate.

Didn't realise how much of a difference postration would make to my inner feeling.
Wonderful moving meditation, thank you Tracey. Namaste.

Deep practice which builds flexibility layer by later. Slower pace but challenging due to the depths of the poses. Wonderful cuing and encouragement from Tracey....as always! Thank you

More intermediate classes from Melissa - please?? I’m an intermediate/advanced yogi but I have some chronic injuries that remind me to slow down every now and then. I’ve always turned to Melissa’s classes because she slows things down and has such a calming way with words and flow - but they’re also a little too easy and my mind wanders and my body disengages. This intermediate class was PERFECT. Just enough challenge to keep my body engaged but my mind calm. I would love to see more intermediate level classes from her!!
