I just found this session and Ron has cured (well, nearly) my wobblies! The magic is in the "dancing ankle". I realized that the more I wobbled in class, the more I tried to harden my ankle resulting in even worse balance. I was in a circle that just kept getting worse until listening to Ron and keeping my ankle more relaxed and being ok with it moving.

An IMPORTANT CLASS! This fundamental class was brilliantly done. I found some new ways to work with gravity, finding more stability in Warrior poses and triangles and had quite fun with shifting my ardha chandrasana with the leg, hip, pelvis and chest all so simply, yet profoundly, aligned.

This last class of the 7-day Fundamentals of Practice really brings everything together in a wonderful flow! I am transitioning to intermediate yoga, and this class taught me some new poses that I was a little intimidated to try, including crow pose, but after taking the entire challenge and with Rachel's clear instruction, I felt so much more confident about doing the pose and the faster flow classes in general. Really awesome!

Rachel is so thorough and give such great detail when discussing setting up for a pose/having you learn what to do during practice. This is a wonderful practice for a beginner, a ytt student, or a yogi who wants to come back and go over what they already know but may have lost touch with. Love it!

This is my go to for being off the mat for a couple of weeks. Melissa’s wonderful calming voice and coaching bring me to a quiet place so my body can recharge. I usually do intermediate but I fine this challenging enough for me. This is my favorite. Please keep this video online!!!

Tracey's classes have always been challenging yet peaceful and always a favourite. But more recently, the instructions have become louder, forceful, and more stern. And sometimes some words are spoken with a rush. Ex. higher, higher, higher, higher, higher and keep lifting, keep reaching, keep kicking. It disrupts the peaceful flow of the class. The newer classes are okay but the older ones are preferable because they are challenging and flow more quietly and peacefully.
