I have arthritis, with joint replacements and scar tissue in other areas. This practice is outstanding for loosening up the ligaments and tendons in even the smallest bones.

this practice hurt my neck. I went from having a stiff neck to having an acutely painful neck that is still painful several days later even with ibuprofen. be careful.
