Just what my tight hips and glutes needed after too many days of sitting. Invigorating! This class would be a good one to do before long car or plane travel.

It was nice, but I didn't really feeel it in my gluts. So I thought maybe te next day I'll wake up and feel it, but still nothing. But it was a nice pace with good direction. Also, it is listed as intermediate II but in his opening remarks he says it is beginner to intermediate.
