Thank you so much for your generosity in providing this resource. I had to give up my regular classes some months back, because of a torn rotator cuff and hip and low back pain. These classes are ideal to allow me to 'Begin again' and prevent me from stiffening up whilst I am isolated during the health crisis. Well done David. Namaste

HI
Thanks for this great program. My husband and I decided to start this as part of our stay home situation right now and he had some difficulty with staff pose. He cannot seem to stay upright while trying to extend his legs. He found out just how stiff he is at the moment. I wonder how best to help him with this or what kind of modification can be made when he is in staff pose. I would appreciate any advice you have on this
thanks

That's common, particularly for men. Many of us have such tight hamstrings and lower back! The best thing he can do is sit up higher, on a block or folded blanket. It's best if it's firm, so he doesn't feel unstable. It's also ok if he bends his knees. In fact, it's better that he bends he knees so that he can get his back upright.
