This whole series is a must and the very best, finest quality explanations on the web! I have done and returned to the series three times since discovering Do Yoga with Me and Rachel. Some teachers are made only for the studio, and that is fine. Rachel, however, is made for this platform. Not every teacher can explain things to the degree that you get it right without being in the presence of the teacher. Rachel is a star and should have a much larger following than she does.
