I am finding strength I never knew I had (especially yesterday's practice). I am truly grateful to you, Fiji. You have guided me into difficult poses I have never even heard of, sans injury. I appreciate your calm, I even found myself meditating, for the first time ever. Thank you so much, I appreciate you.

Beautiful end to an intense first week. I can feel myself getting stronger already. Thank you so much.

What a wonderful class. Question though: I have very tight hamstrings so when I sit open-legged my chest and chin are nowhere near the bolster; should I change the positioning of my legs to be able to rest my chest on the bolster or should I just keep my legs straight and simply stretch forward as best I can? Thanks in advance.

Hi Sonia, Great question! There are 2 things you can try, first is adding a second bolster or pillow, second sit upright and lean forward with a long spine supporting yourself with your hands. When you find you line of resistance or sweet discomfort pause and linger there for a while allowing space to open one breathe at a time.

Wonderful class and sequence of poses! My only wish is for the restorative poses to be longer.
