The stretches were great but I was becoming increasinglly irritated by all the talking. Way too much talking for sure
Way too much talking. The stretch instruction is excellent but i would appreciate less talking while I am practicing
It was helpful to have multiple people doing the poses to show different difficulties and showing that each pose could look different for different people, and that's okay.
Wonderful class, thank you! Deceptively simple, because by the end, I felt like I had really worked hard and yet felt so relaxed and elongated. Delicious.
