It was wonderful until the bridge pose. I understand the science behind it. My head on the other hand did not and when I sat up my forehead was throbbing. Next time, since I practice next to a wall (small room), I'll simply do legs up the wall. Same thing, not as intense. Thank you so much for creating this sequence.
