Kim is the best. I've had good instructors before for yoga and pilates, but kim you really are awesome! I can't tell you how helpful it is to have the instructor take it slow and even take moments BEFORE a move to explain what to do and what not to do -- not to mention how great it is to have an instructor who has a great sense of humor and is not taking herself too seriously.
