This is part 2 in Crista's series on Eka Pada Koundinyasana A and B. In this class you will do Koundinyasana Fun I over again, then progress onto stage two, which will help you move from eka pada koundinyasana II to eka pada koundinyasana I. The intelligent sequence that Crista takes you through not only prepares your body and mind for the more difficult parts, but she also provides insight and encouragement (along with a few giggles) along the way. You can find both classes together in Peak Pose: Pose Dedicated to the Sage Koundinya I, which is on our Peak Pose Challenges page.

By far one of the best hip openers I’ve ever experience. Thank you!

Holy hip work, field flower! Even with strong modifications to many of the more advanced poses, hips, body and mind are all content. But mostly hips. Thank you.

This class had me sweating! I love the modifications you always offer as it allows me to do a challenging class like this without having to do the more difficult poses. Thank you!

I believe without yoga, I would not be present in this universe today. The pandemic made it difficult to continue my practice and I searched for a web site that would offer diversity of classes, challenges, help with motivation, fun and not crazy expensive. That was not so easy and I was very glad that I found "doyogawithme". I have done many different classes and different levels with different teachers and enjoy practically all of them! I especially like this series which is the 14 day advanced series. This class was hard and good and Christa explains each step very clearly and gives me hope that one day I will be able to complete it with grace. In the mean time, I will just have to laugh at myself as I fall out of poses or reach for an ankle that is too far away. And be grateful for what I am able to do. Thank-you!
