Just loving this 2023 Beginner Yoga Journey, I am not a beginner, and it is a great reminder of the basic of yoga breathing and being kind to my body. A brilliant way to ease my body into 2023. Particularly enjoyed the Yoga Fundamentals Check-In video. Thank you.

Very much enjoying the program so far, but I had the same problem joining the live stream today, with the message of another meeting in progress. I started thinking maybe I had got the time wrong (it was 18.30 CET, which should be 9.30 Pacific as far as I know but time zones can be tricky), but seeing someone else also had this problem maybe it's something else? Also don't want to miss out on the next live class.

Hi. While I am enjoying the “refresh”—I have been doing David’s classes for some years and find them invaluable—I could not get on the livestream this morning. I am saying this because I do not want to miss the next one and perhaps others had issues as well. Used link and kept getting “The host has another meeting in progress.” It was 9:27 when I first tried to sign in. Am I doing something wrong? or is there something I should know? I have experience with Zoom. Thank you.

I really enjoyed this lesson. It was helpful to return to the basics of yoga. I've been missing my practice, and this was a good place to return to my mat.
