Tough and needed to modify some of the poses. Few extra child poses:) Well cued and helpful tips in alignment. Will carry those tips with me into other classes.

A … well… powerful power yoga class! Simple postures held for a long time to develop strength. I’ll be honest and say I had to take a few extra breaks! Great if you’re looking for a very physical practice.
