Anastasia leads you through a series of poses that prepare your body for halfmoon pose (ardha chandrasana), such as triangle pose (trikonasana), revolved triangle (parivrtta trikonasana), pigeon pose (kapotasana), a sequence of delicious reclined leg stretches and some core work.
