Just what I needed after getting bound up from traveling! Challenging but not exhausting
Absolutely melting into the floor at the end of this one. Big heat & challenge for hips & hip flexors -- the latter having always been a particularly tough, resistant area for me -- but so worth it. Freeing. Juicy. Heaven.
