Such a great class, thank you Nyk! I have a question about the very beginning when we are on our backs and hovering the leg. Your instruction is not to move the pelvis when doing this; am I flattening the back to the floor, ie not allowing the small of my back to arch (as it naturally does for me)? Thanks <3

Good question! No you are not altering the natural curve of your spine at all. When I mention not moving your pelvis I'm referring to the tipping from side to side that from that happens when you lift one foot off the floor

I am a new convert to your lessons after doing one in one of the challenges. Very interesting lesson and I could feel all those muscles working with the small movements. I will come back to this one. Thank you.
