This flow class focuses on discovering pleasurable sensations in the body. Ron guides you through the flow while keeping you connected to your breath and relishing the sensations in your body. By understanding what is pleasurable on the mat, you are better able to identify and cultivate pleasure in the other aspects of your life.

In this slow flow class, Guy explores the transitions between poses commonly sequenced in flow-style classes, specifically child's pose to table top, table top to plank, and plank to downward dog. This class was created for seniors, but it is a practice that will benefit yogis of all ages and ability.
