NEW CLASSES AVAILABLE TO ALL

Hatha Yoga | 6 min | Beginner
Instructor: David Procyshyn
David starts this class right away so you can make the most of your time. He begins with energizing breathwork, before leadinging you through a well paced hatha flow that keeps your energy moving. The class ends with a short meditation to relax your body and calm down your nervous system.
 
Hatha Yoga | 6 min | Beginner
Instructor: David Procyshyn
David begins this class with an effective sequence that prompts release in those areas that often get tight when you have been sitting at a desk for several hours. Joint movement is incorporated to increase your range of motion along with breathing and relaxation.
 
Hatha Yoga | 9 min | Beginner
Instructor: David Procyshyn
Be prepared! David moves immediately into this hatha flow! Using a chair to help for a series of standing poses, David stretches the legs, hips and back. This sequence will improve your posture, help clear your head and it will feel good! He finishes the class with a brief guided meditation.

Vinyasa Yoga | 35 min | Intermediate

Instructor: Tracey Noseworthy
Forgive and move on in this class built around the acknowledgement of the painful present and the promise of peace. The sequence builds flexibility, strength and endurance while grounding you in the present moment. Give yourself space to release, to let go and to forgive.
 

Hatha Yoga | 56 min | Beginner

Instructor: Satiya Channer
This beginner friendly hatha class is gentle, but contains a few sequences that will prove a challenge for beginners as well. Satiya leads you through a flow that asks you to listen to what your body has to say. With a variety of asana to build flexibility, strength and balance, this gentle practice provides benefits for yogis of all levels.
 
Prenatal Yoga | 21 min | Beginner
Instructor: Sarah-Jane Steele
Sarah-Jane guides you through some simple postures to practice in the third trimester. These postures will stretch the psoas and other contributory muscles of pregnancy and labor, and can be used up to, and including the day that you give birth.
 
 
Hatha Yoga | 7 min | Beginner
Instructor: David Procyshyn
This quick one focuses on the hips, promoting release in the legs and spine as well. You will need a little room on the floor, since David will be guiding you through lunges, pigeon pose and seated cross-legged at the end.
 
Jivamukti Yoga | 11 min | Beginner
Instructor: Jonni-Lyn Friel
Jonni-Lyn guides you through 10 poses to move your spine in all directions. These poses will keep your spine supple and flexible while building strength. This class will challenge and invigorate you in only 10 minutes!
