NEW SUBSCRIBER-ONLY CLASSES
Instructor: Nicky C Jones
This postnatal mother and baby class offers a gentle sequence to help you recover from the impact of giving birth, be it a caesarean or natural birth. Sarah-Jane gives special attention to the core and pelvic floor, while stretching the mid body and stretching the weary neck and shoulders.
Sarah-Jane has adapted a vinyasa practice for mothers-to-be, specifically those who are in the second and third trimesters. This practice includes modified postures that will keep your body strong for the rest of your pregnancy and prepare you for post partum. Stop at any time that you feel lightheaded and/or short of breath. Remember to keep hydrated!

Beginner Yoga For Strength & Flexibility
This program gives you scheduling flexibilty, as you can choose to practice each class on one of two days. The class difficulty ranges from gentle to challenging beginner and are lead by different instructors who offer a wide variety of yoga styles and class lengths. The constant in the program is clear, precise guidance and the quality of instruction.
Yoga For Pregnancy Labor and Parenthood
This very special program is segmented into four distinct sections: one for each of the three trimesters and one for the fourth trimester, aka postpartum. In the first three portions, you’ll find classes with a focus on stretching, active release and strengthening of the back, legs, hips and the muscles surrounding your pelvis. This helps to both prepare you for labor and birth and relieves the discomfort that often arises as pregnancy progresses. After the big day, you will transition into the postpartum segment, where Sarah-Jane helps you reconnect with your post-baby body and teaches you to practice with your baby at your side.
