This beginner class with Josh is a very gentle practice with long holds in restorative poses and gentle stretches. A short meditation is included before savasana. Note: You will need two blocks and a bolster for this practice.

Lots of nice forward and backbends, and spinal twists, all held for a nice length of time.
I do this morning and night , helps to calm and prep for stress filled day and to remove stress from day, to help with sleep. I love this video, Josh, and how I feel after doing the video, highly recommended!
