This is a short and very portable class you can do anytime and anywhere! We often find ourselves wishing we could have a little yoga break in our day, especially when we don’t have time to go to a studio or even have a mat. You will be on your feet the entire time during this practice. No mat is required - just the desire to move your body and energy!

Did this several times while travelling on the VIA train across Canada this fall, and doing again in the guest room while visiting my mother-in-law in northern BC.
It’s a 20 min body and brain reset perfect while traveling, and when you don’t have much room but want to move and stretch. It’s one of my repeat practices. I think the people I’m travelling with appreciate it too, if only for the fact I’m a calmer and nicer human!
