Cow Face Pose - Arms Only (Gomukhasana)Go means cow; Mukha means face. Muscles stretched include the tricep and latissimus dorsi of the top arm; the bicep, pectoralis and upper trap of the lower arm.
Seated Posterior Hand ClaspIt is not unusual to find it easy on one side and difficult on the other when doing this stretch. Muscles stretched include the triceps and serratus anterior of the upper arm, the biceps, infraspinatus, supraspinatus and teres minor of the lower arm.
Seated Tricep StretchThis stretch demonstrates a great way to isolate the tricep muscle while sitting comfortably in a chair.
