Playing the Edge: A Rigorous, Whole Body FlowThe focus in this class is called Playing the Edge, which is the ability to recognize and explore the point at which you feel the stretch. The class begins with 10 minutes of Sun Salutations, then flows into a challenging floor sequence that includes twists, binds, lifts, side bends.... ultimately an awesome full body opening! An 11-minute relaxation completes the class.
