Videos Not Playing Through on iPods and iPads

The videos on our website are often freezing around the twenty minute mark when played on iPods and iPads. We hope this hasn't been an inconvenience to you. We are presently investigating the problem and hope to have it resolved. We will let you know once it is. In the meantime, break out your laptops!
