Yes, we do. There are two ways to address physical numbness. One is to bring awareness to the area using meditation. The guided meditation called 'Heal Chronic Pain' would be perfect for you. Just change 'chronic pain' to 'numbness' in your head... the approach is just as effective.

The other way is stretching and massage, which depends on the location and source of the numbness. So it's difficult to give advice without seeing you in person, but you can experiment with stretches around the area of the numbness.

Feel free to elaborate on where you feel it and what sort of things aggravate and relieve it, and I could give you some suggestions.

Thankyou David for answering my problem . Yes i have numbness on my left side of the body from face to toes.It is due to cervical spondylosis. Tension aggrevates it and it never relieves .Stiffness in the right shoulder and other joints has also started which is really painfull. I am practicing your stretches and neck,shoulder and spine excercises for the beginner.Ihope i'll get rid of these awesome pains.
