A Stretch Class for Beginners I
This beginners yoga class is great for people who are just starting out with yoga, seniors, or anyone who is looking for a gentle stretch class. It moves through a series of poses that stretch mainly the upper body - the spine, shoulders, neck and back.

I haven't done yoga in far too long and this was a perfect ice-breaker. Love it and will be taking it again.
Great stretch for when I haven't exercised in a while (i.e. months). Not my favourite type of yoga though; I prefer something a bit more dynamic that gets my heart pumping a little.
Excellent class for beginners, especially beginning (not especially fit) seniors, I can't lay down on the floor, but tried to replicate those stretches as best I could while seated. I've done those same stretches laying on my bed, and may consider that as an option in the future. My only negative comment, and this comment is minor and prolly personal preference, altho the principles of color psychology are generally accepted, I think...the red background doesn't really complement the whole stretching experience, as red is the color associated with energy and aggression. I did enjoy the class and found the instruction excellent, not too fast, not too slow...will likely repeat this class for my back (thoracic) and shoulders. Thank you for this gentle, beginner class!
This was my 1st ever Yoga session. It was easy to follow & really left me feeling relaxed. I started doing bodyweight workouts last Monday & decided to do Yoga on my off days. Looking forward to learning more.
