A Stretch Class for Beginners I
This beginners yoga class is great for people who are just starting out with yoga, seniors, or anyone who is looking for a gentle stretch class. It moves through a series of poses that stretch mainly the upper body - the spine, shoulders, neck and back.

I read an earlier comment from someone with fibromyalgia and arthritis. I also have both, and this was a wonderful stretch for my sometimes locked up shoulders and hips. This is my first video with DoYogaWithMe, and I'm already a believer. Thank you!
I have fibromyalgia and arthritis. My shoulders and hips give me a lot of trouble. This was such a good release. I will definitely be doing this again. I feel like I already have released so much tension in my shoulders and have better mobility.

Wow those hip stretches were exactly what I needed today. I will be keeping this saved for after I've been walking and I'm getting some hip pain. I feel great!
