As she did in her popular Twist and Stretch class, Melissa guides you gently through a series of lovely, effective poses, focusing on bending but covering the entire body in an calm, attentive way. Always aware of alignment, Melissa's classes are absolutely perfect for the beginners, gentle yoga lovers, inflexible athletes and 55+, among others.

This is my go-to class when I'm in a funk and can't decide what to do. It is one of the very first classes I did when I came across DYWM back in 2015 and I keep coming back to it constantly. It's a perfect length, very balanced (ha! no pun intended!), and of course Melissa's soothing voice makes everything so much better. I love the tortoise pose which you don't see too often anywhere!
phenomenal. I'm recovering from a significant knee and foot surgery as well as a severly strained back. I was nervous to overdo but Melissa's class was perfect. She is very good at reminding you to go at your own pace and explaining adaptations. No pain and this is helping me safely recover.
