Second time around. Lovely lesson - nice and slow and good stretching. Would prefer it without the music though.

This was my favorite class when starting to do yoga a couple of years ago. Really nice to reflect back on the time that have passed sine then. Both in my life in general, but also my body after a wile of yoga. This class may not be as challenging for me now as it was before, but still a lovely full body stretch!
