I am a lover of yoga, primarily because it has made me feel as good as I felt when I was 24! I'm no longer 24, poor me, but my body feels and moves so fluidly and I feel so relaxed, due to the way yoga has opened my body. I sit a lot at a desk for my job and exercise frequently, so I need it. Thank you.
