Foundations in Flow
This complete practice starts by warming the body, and then progresses into a powerful flow, moving with the fluidity of your breath. The flow builds sequences from the earth up while building core strength. The class ends by cooling the body with deep relaxation.

A new (free) class with fiji
This is the first class I ever did on this site about a decade ago. I come back to it again and again because it really hits all the notes. I feel strong and stable after it and it stretches out a lot of the sticky spots in my legs, hips, back and shoulders. It’s an extremely fluid class and I like the music and voice over.
A really lovely class! Both challenging and relaxing. I liked the voice-over and the music in the background, too.
