Pose Description: 
The deltoid stretch isolates the deltoid muscle. Be sure to lengthen the arm across the chest as much as you can, and feel free to play around with the angle to get different fibres within the muscle. The Deltoid Stretch can be performed as a preparatory stretch and held for 8 to 10 seconds.
