Such a great class for someone that does a lot of walking or running.
So wonderful... This is my third time doing this class and I can't believe how my body has improved physically and in strength, Not only that, it's hard to put into words but the whole body feeling is so beautiful during David's calm and precise guidance. The savasana at the end is absolutely blissful. I felt my entire body relaxed and weightless. Much love and gratitude to you for bringing so much joy to my yoga practise, on and off the mat!
