This is a phenomenal class! I am undergoing cancer treatments and a public gym is not an option for me right now. I am usually in a great deal of muscle pain every day from a combination of being more sedentary than I'm used to from the treatments and the general muscle aches you get from it. Having the class available alone was incredible, but the fact the instructor is so good makes it amazing. He is clear, moves at a perfect pace and structures the class in a way that really balances your body and makes you feel like a new person afterwards. I can't express my appreciation for putting this up and making it available for everyone. I have started with this class and the upper body equivalent yesterday and today was the first day in a few months I have woken up and felt muscle relief. THANK YOU :)

I've always had really tight hips. I've never been able to cross my legs comfortably. I believe that if I do this 30 minute vid everyday I will see some improvement. Today was my first time doing yoga. It felt good and the stretches isolated the muscles you said they would.

re: trouble

Yes... it's likely your internet connection that is causing it to stop. Try pressing play, then pause it for a minute or so to allow the video to load a bit longer. Then once you play it, it should go right through until the end.

Neither the audio nor the video will play through, it stops in the middle. DARN! Any tips?

great first experience

this was the first time i tried yoga, my wife has some limited experience , and my daughter is 5 and we all were able to follow your direction with ease. It felt great i have been cycling almost 12 miles a day for the last month and was really surprised how much help this was for my lower back and hip area my wife had smiler relief in her lower back which she is has always had issues with . Just wanted to thank you from, me and my family

Back Pain

The body has a funny way of telling you what to pay attention to. Often when tension is released in one area, it shows up intensely in another. It doesn't necessarily mean that you did something to cause it, it just means that the 'catch' you felt in your hip may have been holding the hip in a certain way that masked the imbalance in your SI joint.

You may find the pain will subside as you get deeper into the hips, hams and lower back. Please let me know how it goes...
