To come out of hanuman sort of gracefully, roll to side of front leg,bend it, stay low, sweep back leg around and into ardha matsyandrasana
Whew! Fantastic. I was a little nervous about trying this one but am so glad I did. I was waiting curiously to see your graceful exit from the split and laughed when you said you didn’t have one.
